Looks like COSM didn't quite reach $.80 leave alone dollars...... but fell downward to $0.40 and continues south. Yes it's absolutely time to buy more if you wish to drop in on $0.25 later this year. When COSM reaches $0.15 it will still be 250% higher than the $0.06 price at the start of this brief command performance in enormous growth opportunity. Someone has to lose. It's in the rules.
