They are extremely transparent. Have you looked at their OTC Disclosures?

They post all acquisitions plus so much other detailed information. Looks like they used restricted common shares to purchase Total Refinement Solutions. Im guessing that was your comment on twitter about shares. From my experience Company's try to refrain from discussions like this so their words aren't manipulated in any way. Can be a dangerous place for a Company. But I really like that they openly post everything when nothing requires them to.
