LMFAO!! You can't uplist before a RS. And the number 1 reason given (excuse) for RS on the OTC is because they want to uplist. It's bullshit. Happens all the time. Just a way to wipe out current investors and start the whole dilution process over again.

Tweeting about a "major acquisition" before it happens is a PUMP and DUMP. Sadly, the SP didn't really shoot up that far. And now look what is happening...right back down into the trips...coming.
