Precedence leads to a reasonable conclusion. How the hell did they get 4 billion shares issued without ever making a dime of revenue? This is the OTC, this is what shells do, there always is that unique one that attempts at legitimacy, is Hicks doing that here? Hard to tell, does he really have access to NPI and the patents? Did he jump the gun? Time will tell
