Bones, You do remember the reason for the “1-A Pos” in the first place don’t you? It was to be able to purchase “The Plant” by selling shares, what you are calling dilution is shares being sold to increase company value. It’s not being done to dilute the share price, that’s the only way NNRX had to buy the plant. What’s holding up the pps now are MM’s playing around and the current price on the 1-A. Just hold tight till next week when the Q Report comes out, pps can’t bounce around any lower till then. I’m think we all will be in for a surprise. If I'm wrong it won't be the first time but I'm betting for the up side.
