1st red flag which I caught 1st was On June 29, 2019, the Company entered into consulting agreement with Candice Rene/Jack Ringer with total consideration of 4,000,000 shares of common stock valued at $311,200.

2nd red flag was he took $125k private placement $$$ and paid his wife off instead of the "permits" that he BS to peeps about.
