Now that the Elms deal is official maybe now DPL can request those first 300 vans where as before they were not in position to where it could be granted...wasn't just recent on December 2nd that the 8-K was released on the finalization?

Yeah - and if it's the right kind of Press Release (showing potential actually sale dates of vehicles) the stock price of MULN could (would) instantly spike right up to at least $1.00 per share - EASILY!!
