DAY 50!!

So what makes you, or anyone else, so sure that $GVSI will even get a Verified Profile? (Or is it that some believe that if they repeat something over and over and over again it'll one day become true?) Indeed, what makes anyone so sure that the OTCM hasn't, perhaps, already denied the application as GS said they could deny? Oh, because he hasn't told us? Well, has he even told us as to why he filed the motion to terminate custodianship yet? Nope. Meanwhile, we wait day after day, week after week, month after month and, soon, another YEAR will pass and no Verified Profile and no pink current. Yep, $GVSI is still "Dark or Defunct". I just checked.

Yet the BLIND OPTIMISM just never stops! Like that GS had "ACCESS!!!!!" just ONE DAY after he filed the application and some probably believed it but only to be letdown yet again. And then the talk was that it could come in a little as a WEEK after the filing. But here we are now 7 WEEKS after the filing and nada!! smh

Well, somebody's gotta ask it: "WTH is taking so long?" And remember when GS filed the OTCM application last year? He tweeted this:

So is the OTCM still "piled on" or is GS himself "piled on" with too much legal work and too many problems? And did GS actually give the OTCM the "additional documentation" they were seeking? (Hell, for that matter, did GS even HAVE that "additional documentation" they were seeking to give to them?) And why DID GS file the motion to terminate custodianship IF it wasn't something the OTCM needed or wanted? (Crickets!). But note, last time, that GS said "expect 4-6 weeks from submission" yet, this time, it's already been 7 weeks!

Just thinking here. But could the application have been denied (GS said it could be) and the next thing we find out is that GS is going the Form C Route? Or, maybe, if it was denied and he's holding off things and planning to go the SEC Form 10 Route again? (That is, in four months or so when he might be able to get two years of audited financials). Or, yeah, maybe they still haven't reached a decision. Fine.

Some inquiring minds (and some losing patience minds) would like to know some answers!!

Anyhow, here come the holidays fast approaching, again. More excuses coming also? Indeed, yet another year passes and $GVSI is still stuck at Step #4 (of 7) in the process and still stuck in the Expert Market for going on 15 MONTHS now!! (Oh, but I have read that delays are good so what's another year or three being stuck there to some?)

So, will we see a Verified Profile soon (like this month) as some think? Or maybe sometime in January 2023? How about January 2024? Who the hell knows anymore?? But, yes, of course I certainly hope that it's "soon". But I'm not holding my breath. Too many letdowns for me already.

2) Win custodianship
3) Update Secretary of State
4) Apply for OTCIQ access
5) Complete and upload financials
6) Be deemed current
7) Bring asset into deal
DO NOT ask me how long this all takes. It takes as long as it takes.
