I have a question, and I don't know if it has been given adequate thought here. Just WHAT is Sergio bringing to the table in this merger? What does IGEX have to offer to the other two companies in order for them to interested in IGEX (Mineral Company)? Inventory? Capital? Technology? Intellectual Property? Any comments? i.e., what's in it for them?
