It was never disputed that the transfer agent had him as the registered owner of the shares, that is exactly how Sharp knew of the shares in the first place, according to Sharp's own testimony.

As for "proof", if you need that, I just checked and the Motion for Reconsideration includes evidence in Exhibit G. That's an email from the transfer agent stating that the stock certificates will be canceled and requesting that he mail them the physical certificates. It lists two registration numbers, "Pref. A 1" and "Common 173."

I'm not sure why anyone would think this is a compelling argument as he has physical possession of the stock certificates and Sharp himself admitted the transfer agent had him as the registered owner.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
