Same ol story gents. I said weeks ago it would be late January if ever. the pivot is in. ECSl starts talking about other ventures and this and that and the ones we were waiting on never materialize. Been watching it for 11 years now. I have explained twice in the last 2 weeks why and how it happens. Again. When its time to actually close the deal the other partner/company/entity says yes we will do it but we want "X". "X" is some high percentage of the company and/or profits. Ron says no and we move on looking for the next sucker. Find a good partner. Take the dilution and move on or we will be sitting here 5 years from now with the same ol song and dance. Remember this time last year closing was any day now. We had multiple financing opportunities just trying to pick the best one. Yet when it came time to sign paperwork it never happened. Deal changed and they wanted their fair share. and why wouldn't they ECSL is not bringing anything to the table and the others know this. We need them more than they need us. End of story!
