For long time politicians have been brazenly using independent gov agencies (like FHFA, Fed, CFPB...) and private shareholder companies like (FnF) to do what Gov itself can not do without violating the constitution. In this scheming all the branches of Gov are actively complicit.

To end the farce of FNF conservatorship, plaintiffs need to petition the SCOTUS to rule on the constitutional questions.
