i feel you. I am pretty worried about the dilution though...I understand they're trying to get rid of the debt which is critical for small companies in the current economy but since it is the otc, who is to say that's really the reason for the dilution? The management is the same management running mcoa and they ran the A/S up to 32bil and the O/S 17bil..that's an insane amount by otc standards..it would need to take a dinosaur and mammoth to move the float
