In the OTC unaudited financial disclosure. It is listed not as a wholly-owned or partially-owned subsidiary, but as an affiliate. It is an affiliate because Petey has been funneling money from loans to HPNN he is not paying back into digitalage (and/or into his own pocket). So digitalage owes HPNN money, which also will never be paid back. He has no other source of income and no assets to his name.
Might want to ask him about all the money his HPNN subsidiary Re-Medical owes to Delaware and why all of a sudden Petey decides it is no longer a subsidiary and refuses to disclose that debt owed to the state in his financial disclosure.
