Yes unless somebody has some documentation via a link from the SEC or somewhere else Then I'm almost certain that would be the case with Groton. Although, I know I have messaged IR in hopes that once Groton is operational we get notified. Pretty sure others have too. I'm also absolutely certain they can't wait to announce its operational. However, they may want to wait until they have a statement from the Navy regarding plans for future installations. If they believe they will have such a statement in short time, They may actually wait. Although I'm leaning towards not waiting, unless they have joint comments planned prior to the holiday.
