There have been updates to the PicMii Crowdfunding page, looks like it might be nearing ready to go.

Yasheng Group is offering a total of 20,000,000 shares at a price of $0.25/share. This is an equity offering with voting rights.

Also on the team tab, we now have a picture for Huirong Zhang and little more bio info for me to look into later.

I am pretty convinced this action is only a part of what they have planned here, what's most important is the plan for distributing the value from assets in Equity Art, etc. Hopefully we get more dividend clarity soon.
