The omission of material facts support the claims I’ve made. Specifically regarding taxes and conflicts of interest.

I stand by my claim that conventional financing is unavailable @PCTL_ because taxes are not being settled.
(also evidence is lack of participation in any grants or ppp or sba or edl or covid loans)

Managements non-responsiveness to dispel unfounded development rumors while parading ambiguous zero sum achievements is criminal.

Currently we see buyer(s) believing that groundbreaking advancements are happening and the company knows nothing is special or has changed for the betterment of the company.

In fact all conditions have worsened debt has grown, accounts receivable have shrunk, e commerce failed, distribution seized and only because ALL the authorized shares have been spent and accounted for, expenses have been reduced.
