well yes
if we can not hold the sp at a buck or more for 10 days in a row
before march 30th or may 1st 2023....
then a r/s would happen
to keep us listed on nasdaq and russell .

it would suck for shareholders and
of course none of us want it.
but
it would certainly occur at the latest may 1st 2023
investors ( and some traders) are definitely pulling
for that above a buck price, hence no r/s.
