There hasn't been any interest in licensing the patent.

Real pharmaceutical companies knew there wasn't much value to the patent because there is already similar products being sold in dispensaries.

The patent was for pumping purposes only - Bignitz/Turner et el need to be in prison for how they mislead investors.
