If Little Jimmy truly had good news to share why wouldn't he just pay a couple thousand and release a national press release? You don't need an attorney just an individual that can write a couple of decent paragraphs. An 8k is for transparency in a material event that has taken place. Jimmy is going to let you know that he has hired a new sales person.
