ALTD share price depressed by several factors.

Probably one of those factors is end of year tax loss selling. Many traders with gains during the year like to take some losses to lower their tax burden.

Another factor is likely the reverse split "fear" that most OTC traders harbor.

Once the New Year begins, the first factor will disappear, but the second one will remain until the already announced reverse split is made effective.
