Yes... soon enough. I am optimistic for this outcome (as in Sharp wins-We move forward), but I'm betting Calasse's team files something at the 11th hour (only to get shot down mind you)... Its just his way... Chew up the time.

I was told (literally) that my hopes for the "Case gets tossed by default" (as in, Calasse doesn't even respond) tends to blend optimism into denial.... (lol... always nice to hear from one that you consider to be much more competent than yourself).

In other words, Calasse's team will most assuredly file a response... depending on what it is, it could get straight tossed by the court (Say, if its an extension request) or it may require a response from Sharps team.

I Plan to see it through either way... Even within the outcome's longest potential time frame, I think it will be a drop in the bucket compared to what "The players" here have already endured.
