2003 BLLS Symbol Changed To PYDS

Michael R. Long was CEO of BLLS in 2003. He placed "presentment" part of the EBPP&H process on back burner & "payment" service up front. He believed
revenue could be generated at a faster pace.

In 2003 BLLS changed to PYDS for 3 cents per share. Mr. Long's decision and the way he held strong impressed me. You can't achieve complete E2E payment method, w/o a billing service. I dollar cost average and wait on new rules & regs governing global payment networking methods to iron-out.

"LA" Hoch's Patent 7,021,530 was awarded to him circa 2006. [IF] patent holds water, USIO could become a patent play before 2026, imo.

With or w/o Voyager Token transaction security, I believe USIO offices in San Antonio & Austin, Texas, could become beehives of activity that draws attention.

U.S.A. Texas processing & handling Fusioneers work from back offices that don't get attention. As a (n) individual retail investor, I don't know Mgmt., like I should.
