Man, how many times have I read "somebody knows something" on dead stocks...?

If you look at the chart for the last year, you'll see a few of these "runs" (if you can call it that) in the PPS without the slightest hint of a catalyst for it, probably some flippers playing with a stock that has been kinda dead.

AND news drops this morning:
BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. (“BioRestorative” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BRTX), a clinical stage company focused on stem cell-based therapies, today announced an agreement with Regenexx, LLC pursuant to which the license rights granted by Regenexx to the Company for intellectual property developed to address chronic lumbar disc disease have been made exclusive.

Like I said on Friday, price and volume picks up on a quiet stock like BRTX, and we get confirmation that "someone" knew something ahead of this morning's PR. Just can't make this stuff up, can we?
