have quite a few shares of this since april......been away for about 6 months....just skimming over the proxy vote scheduled for wednesday ..7th.

if they dont get the vote to bump up the O S by 66mill....then they can try for a reverse split , to get share price above .25 ..to exercise all the warrants already issue in oct.

am i missing something...anybody.....stock looks good for the long haul.
