Good Aftrnoon All! I'am new to posting here, but have been a share holder for months, and have been reading the board too.

I can see why MGMX dident sell gold, or PR any productin numbers last year like they said. Because of the pending law sute, but now what happends? From what I get we are waiting on what there atorney says, do they sell the gold, pay the judgment, and get on with business? or fight? or what? I dont like sitting here on pins and neddles, wondering what comes next. I'am not up on what the law says about this kind of thing. They said it's a non-appealable judgment.


Did anyone look up the law sute, or the court records, to see what the judgment is all about? I see they gave a case no. but I dont know how to look it up. I hope we can settle this , and get on with business. thanks chuck Go MGMXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
