It is all "contingent" on the price and deadline dates to stay Nasdaq and Russell qualified.
Do I want a r/s? Of course not that would suck terribly, BUT I think it would also be better to stay listed in the Nasdaq than to drop into the otc market.
I think it won't happen.
We climb in price above a buck before the end of first quarter 2023.
