I rather say that speculation is to think that shareholders will keep the same value in dollars term!. If RS was yesterday the PPS after RS would have been 0.0098 not 0.001, You see what I mean, the days will pass and shareholders will realize that they will not only lose for each share but also they will pay a RS fee of $40.

Days after R/S some wont be able to trade buy/sell because some brokers wont change the CUSIP number for the new stock in a timely fashion. Ive been there before. You will see when MMs signal the botton with a very low trade very early after the R/S, If you plan to average down just wait until the stocks settles down.
