Hummmm, this "test" makes a really good point ..........................

If shareholders can't buy shares at these prices "that would increase the retail shareholder count", then it sure looks like only one person is benefitting from a 3 cent share price ......................... At the tune of $500,000.00 worth per year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shareholders using this technique are then in a position to "dictate the plan of merger." They force the minority stockholders THAT'S US in the original corporation to accept a cash payment for their shares, effectively "freezing them out" of the resulting company.
