Correct. The language in the sale of the shell did note that IF the shell was immediately up-listed, the two year clause would not necessarily apply. I don't think we're going that route here but it's an option to the company taking ticker ICNM over. I like that Frank put that language into his agreements. ICNM may be soooo "HUGE" (language Frank used when he tweeted it was sold) that it'll need every share it has available. IF this becomes a holding company in Asia, look out.
