You do know that a shell company is not run. They have no business or revenue so there’s nothing to run. The value is a private company coming in that’s worth much more than $3 million valuation. Depending on industry the valuation multiple could be 10 to 25 times revenue. So a company with $1 million revenue could be valued at $25 million or more
