I find it interesting that the SEC sued and settled with the Arrayit Corporation and Rene

The SEC separately sued Mark, and that case is pending the final resolution of the DOJ case against Mark.
The SEC wants to ban Mark from ever serving as an officer of a public company and for him to pay a penalty.

The DOJ sued Mark alone, not Arrayit
