No matter, the shares in the Legacy company will be cancelled per the re-organization plan. They sold the company, and the plan of reorganization (docket # 504 or Delaware Bankruptcy Case 22-10580) says they'll be cancelled (page 38) once the plan goes effective. Once that happens, shareholders will have lost their investment in this company.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
