My question was can people go after the corporation itself for crimes committed by Mark.

Nobody in their right mind would want Mark and Rene running the company.
Rene has been banned and Mark will soon be in jail for a long time.

But what happens to the corporation? Can it be run by other people?

I'm just curious.
