That's fine, but...
I see in the form 4's some nominal purchases stock and a whole lot of option strike prices being reduced significantly. Those options were compensation awards, and dropping the strike price from 13 bucks to 5 is telling.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
