Why can't these CEO's do this in a similar situation ;

Let the attorney letter come out first.

Then put out a PR OVERSTATING the time they actually think news may come. In this specific case, target late December, when you are confident mid Dec. it will happen.

Like a Poster said yesterday, how about for once " under promise and over deliver ".

That would seem to be the fair , honorable way to go about it. Naive thought, probably. This is the OTC after all.
