Hydrogen will make sense in order of demand.

1) ports and airports for tuggers to reduce pollution.
2) Trucking from central hubs or hub to hub
3) Backup power solutions ( hospitals, data farms, cell towers, etc )
4) industrial applications ( steel, cement, fertilizer, etc )
5) Lastly will be automotive use maybe after some of the sites above make their refilling sites available to the public.

Take the road less traveled. It will make all the difference.
