The monitor expected people to have a basic understanding of bankruptcy laws and how it works, so when they liquidate and shut down a company and inform the shareholders they're getting no recovery, it means their shares are worthless. Those without a basic understanding (ie - the "good things are coming soon" crowd) can also read this:
