It would seem to me that the plan from my observation and the timing of this RS, the timing is Really, really bad if I was the one running this Sh...t show you better believe I wouldn't pull a RS out of the gate like this! I wouldn't pull a RS at all, Pulling a stunt like this tells me this Co has no Capitol at all,
it's an indicator that they are broke, if their co is so great with top guys running the CO than they should have cash flow for sure, broke bastards!
2nd- they don't care about OTC share holders, their goal is to uptick to Nasdaq and in the interim they don't care about screwing smaller investors in the mix because the split is 1-1000 right?
Now bigger investors who have invested and bought like 30-100 million shares can take the hit and still profit from the RS and ride it to the Nasdaq and be happy about it, the bottom ;line is they don't give a F..ck about the small guy and they only want big investors how lame is that?
that's seriously BS, I wish I never touched this POS! and any one who thinks this RS is good in any way shape or form is not educated! Do it once, do it twice, three times a lady! it never stops when the CEO's want to line their pockets with your hard earned cash and your ok with that? Really? LOOK at the history OF reverse splits and it's all bad! The same BS with BBRW or BRBL look at the history!
