As a 9 December deadline looms for the long-running labor dispute between the US's largest railway companies and their unions.

The White House has no power as the U.S. under the Nesara Act is currently under Martial Law. Current Administration has no power or any authority.

“The Presidential Emergency Board was just no help whatsoever,” added Kurtz. “I thought it’d be somewhat more labor-friendly than it was, but it could have been written by the carriers as far as I was concerned.”
