PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2015) - EncounterCare Solutions, Inc.'s (OTC PINK: ECSL) subsidiary, CyberFuels, Inc., is pleased to announce that Olson Ecologic Engine Testing Laboratories, an EPA certified laboratory, headquartered in Fullerton, California, has independently tested and certified the results of CyberFuels Dynamo Cetane Booster™ in the area of Exhaust Emissions.

Over the past recent years we saw some DPF failures on the order of 10% and these failures can be devastating to independent truckers and large fleets alike.

"This is where the trouble begins. A clogged DPF filter can result in diesel soot backing up into the engine, causing damage to the VGT actuator, turbo, fuel injectors and EGR solenoid.
