I think you didn't understand my point.

He created the preferred shares that he bought for $25k with a provision allowing him to return them to the treasury and get his $25k back.

In my mind, even he doesn't want to gamble on this stock, he wants his money back.

Or I have no idea what I'm talking about

I don't care if I'm ignored... the final outcome will justify my actions and speak for themselves
