The reason these deals take forever is not the overall complexity. Deals 10-100Xs bigger then this happen every day, week, month and year and do not take 2.5 and counting years to complete. The "complexity" to our deals is that we have nothing to bring to the table and we need everybody else to make it happen. So again they string us along and then at the end they explain their true terms of the deal which they knew all along but wanted Ron and John to do a lot of work and educate them. Once they say they want 80% of the company or profits then Ron says no and we start the process all over again with someone new. If you think closing a 30million dollar land deal was complex wait until they try to get financing for a $160,000,000 buildout in a recessed economy. Over under on that is 5-6 years if ever. Again the lender of this will want the majority of the company or profits. Same ol story. ECSL to da moon by 2030!
