Is it NOT A FACT ceo davis's asta was demoted to expert market for failing to post financial disclosures?
Is it not a fact shareholders suffered a needless, significant share price decline for davis's failure?
Is it not a fact this went on for OVER A YEAR?

Is there any actual analysis here? Happy to listen to others fact bases analysis.


FACT IS ALL OF IT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.
