Well isn't that a royal screw up by FINRA. Let's see if they correct the mistake.

ATNP was suspended by the SEC in 2015. Is it plausible that ATNP (Atlantis Technology Group) was a deleted symbol that was reassigned to Atlantis Technology Ltd.?

Either way the ticker is now dead as a door nail, so maybe it's a moot point to whichever company the ticker represents.
