Taking a starter here just based on how low the market cap is here. Even if it goes lower it's just an opportunity to grab more cheap shares. A run is coming for sure . I can wait a month or so but it may be way sooner.
"Since September 30, 2022, we have issued 29,890,665 shares to Leonite for conversions of note principal and interest."
These shares have already been sold because as of the 11/18 filing 118 million shares were outstanding. As of 11/30 151 million are outstanding and it does look like the new o/s accounts for the 29 million shares exactly. The careless dumping of these shares drove the price way down ,
more than it ought to be. There should be a correction shortly with a well timed PR. JMO..
