With all due respect, where was the alternate plan for production if Boulder didn't fall into our lap?
I suppose you aren't saying that we were attempting to bring a drug to market without production capabilities.
Avicia was going to be our production, period.
What happens if the judge issues an injuction and the ficility only manufactures for current trials and current scripts.Would the income from that be able to sustain Boulder?
I'm saying the money at the time could have been better spent advancing the trails of other indications.
I would venture to say that if you have a successful FDA approved drug for a large indication one can always get someone to finance a production ficility. I don't think that one can be very successful doing it the other way aroung.
I hope we'll both agree that's a moot point now away.
