The stock dividend shares were never deposited in shareholder accounts .
A factory in Germany that has power issues as a country .
No audited financials . The list is very long of projects discussed that then simply evaporate without a trace.
I’ve remained an optimist for as long as possible .
I think this is nothing short of fraud .
This stock is headed to zero again . It hasn’t had more than 2 Green Day’s in over 6 months. A big disappointment .
