I actually uncovered, read and posted links to the historic preservation department's approval of the REVISED plans just before Ken shot his mouth off about the merger being done. Those plans clearly required preserving the historical part of the property while allowing for the DEMOLITION of the rest.
Again... there are no demolition or construction permits that I can find.
As I said, the only one recorded was VOIDED because these fools just thought they could knock down the whole thing and slap up an EV Hotel to --as Ken boasted-- "will open in the Fall 2022."
Someone said that they have "broken ground" on the project. If so, they'll need permits. If they exist then find and post them.
