Petey is just a ponzi scheme that just keeps on taking peoples' money.

It is kinda like using cash from bridge loans he does not plan to pay back when promised to pay for new things or to fuel his lifestyle. Then he will try to solicit new investors (suckers) to give him more money he has no intention to pay back, all while failing to pay required child support.

A CEO that refuses to support his own spawn (offspring) is among the lowest of the low.
